Dale City 4th HOA is proud of the following recent accomplishments, which aim to ensure the safety of our residents and enhance the community’s beauty. Please be on the lookout for upcoming projects around our community. 

Recent Accomplishments: 

• Replaced the chain link around the children’s park and added fresh playground mulch. 

• Planted holly trees at the entrance of our community on Bakersfield Street and Bath Court.

• Requested Washington Gas to properly replace the asphalt at recent excavation sites.

• Contracted a new landscaping company to maintain community spaces. 

• Replaced the retaining walls throughout the community.

Upcoming Tasks 2025: 

• Update and install new street signs and poles. 

• Repaint speed bumps and fire lanes to boost visibility. 

• Obtain input from the community on the design of Brown Park. Suggestions will be accepted during the Annual Board Meeting (September 8, 2025, 6:00 pm at Brown Park). 

Upcoming Tasks 2026: 

• Install Brown Park landscape and seating.  

• Resurface the basketball court and refurbish the hoops.
