Southlake Recreation Association is a recreation homeowners association for the Southlake community located in Montclair, VA. Southlake Recreation Association built in 1987, consists of 629 homes. The Southlake Recreation Association has a large, varied playground area. Large grass field with a baseball field, basketball court, volleyball court, two tennis courts, and a large pool with picnic tables and seating. The Recreation center is available for rental at a fee.

2026 Dues: $112.50/QUARTER, $450.00/YEAR

2026 Payment Schedule:
PMT#1: Due on 01/31/2026: $112.50
PMT#2: Due on 04/30/2026: $112.50
PMT#3: Due on 07/31/2026: $112.50
PMT#4: Due on 10/31/2026: $112.50

Members are permitted to pay their dues in advance.

● Check or Money Order only. NO CASH. Members can pay online via the Pay Online SouthLake Recreation link. DO NOT POST-DATE CHECKS!
● Make payment payable to “Southlake Recreation Association”.
● Mail payment to P.O. Box 370, Dumfries, VA 22026 or drop off payments at our office. To ensure timely receipt, do NOT drop off at the Clubhouse.
● ONLY PAY THE SOUTHLAKE RECREATION ASSOCIATION DUES. DO NOT INCLUDE PAYMENT FOR YOUR SUB-DIVISION AND/OR MPOA.

SEASONAL MEMBER AND GUEST PASS APPLICATION 2026

Clubhouse Rental Information

The clubhouse facility includes a full kitchen, bathroom, tables and chairs, and event space that can accommodate up to 100 guests. Please consider renting the clubhouse for your next event. The cost for rental for SRA members is $40 per hour with a four-hour minimum plus a $100 cleaning fee and a $100 refundable security deposit. The clubhouse is also open for rental by NON-SRA Members at an increased cost. Hours of operation are 9AM to 10PM. OUTDOOR FACILITY USE PERMIT

Renters are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) proving the renter has at least $100,000 in liability coverage. Renters can obtain this from their homeowner’s/renter’s policy at little to no charge.
